Notice to the reader: the signature pages of the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, of the other part

The Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, of the other part, was signed on 15 November 2023 at Apia, Samoa.

Given that the provisional application of this agreement commenced on 1 January 2024, it was in the mutual interest of the Parties to publish its text in the Official Journal on 28 December 2023 ( OJ L, 2023/2862, 28.12.2023, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/agree_internation/2023/2862/oj ).

That publication presented the status of the signatures on 30 November 2023. Now that the signature process has been completed the full signature pages, which also reflect the procès-verbal of rectification of 7 November 2024, are published hereunder.
