Notice concerning the entry into force of the Agreement between the European Union and the European Space Agency on the security and exchange of classified information

The Agreement between the European Union and the European Space Agency on the security and exchange of classified information ( 1 ) , signed in Brussels on 22 May 2024, entered into force on 1 November 2024, the procedure provided for in Article 17(1) of the Agreement having been completed on 30 October 2024.
