COUNCIL DECISION

replacing a member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for Germany

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Decision of 22 July 2003 setting up an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (1), and in particular Article 3 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) By Decision of 24 February 2022 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for the period from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2025.

(2) A seat as member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Kai SCHÄFER.

(3) The Government of Germany has submitted a candidate for the vacant seat,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Mr Thomas VOIGTLÄNDER is appointed member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work in place of Mr Kai SCHÄFER for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 28 February 2025.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
