DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 70/2023

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2023/2359]

THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,

Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2345 of 1 December 2022 correcting the Swedish language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 laying down common requirements for providers of air traffic management/air navigation services and other air traffic management network functions and their oversight, repealing Regulation (EC) No 482/2008, Implementing Regulations (EU) No 1034/2011, (EU) No 1035/2011 and (EU) 2016/1377 and amending Regulation (EU) No 677/2011 ( 1 ) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(2) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The following is added in point 66xg (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement:

‘, as amended by:

— 32022 R 2345 : Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2345 of 1 December 2022 ( OJ L 311, 2.12.2022, p. 58 ).’

Article 2

The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2345 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union , shall be authentic.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on 18 March 2023, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made ( *1 ) .

Article 4

This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union .
