DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 64/2021

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2024/58]

THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,

Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/94 of 8 April 1994 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3118/93 to road haulage operators on own account ( 1 ) , which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement, has become obsolete and is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement.

(2) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The text of point 26d (Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/94) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement is deleted.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on 6 February 2021, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made ( *1 ) .

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union .
