Notice concerning the provisional application of the Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation establishing the terms and conditions for the participation of the Swiss Confederation in the ‘Youth in Action’ programme and in the action programme in the field of lifelong learning (2007 to 2013)

The Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation establishing the terms and conditions for the participation of the Swiss Confederation in the ‘Youth in Action’ programme and in the action programme in the field of lifelong learning (2007 to 2013)(1), signed in Brussels on 15 February 2010, will be provisionally applied, by virtue of Article 5, second subparagraph of the Agreement, as of 1 January 2011.
