Premessa

IL PRESIDENTE DELLA REPUBBLICA Visto l' art. 4 del decreto-legge luogotenenziale 25 giugno 1944, n. 151 , con le modificazioni ad esso apportate dall' art. 3, comma primo, del decreto legislativo luogotenenziale 16 marzo 1946, n. 98 ; Viste le disposizioni transitorie I e XV della Costituzione; Visto l' art. 87, comma quinto, della Costituzione ; Sulla proposta del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, di concerto con i Ministri per gli affari esteri, per l'interno, per la grazia e giustizia e per il tesoro; PROMULGA il seguente decreto legislativo, approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri con deliberazione del 28 gennaio 1948;

Alle persone che, ai sensi del presente decreto, perdono la cittadinanza italiana o sono escluse dal riacquistarla, non si applicano le disposizioni dell' art. 9 della legge 13 giugno 1912, n. 555 .
