CHAPTER 6A— PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE › SUBCHAPTER XXXI— WORLD TRADE CENTER HEALTH PROGRAM

The WTC Program Administrator shall institute a program that provides education and outreach on the existence and availability of services under the WTC Program. The outreach and education program—

(1) shall include—

(1)(A) the establishment of a public Web site with information about the WTC Program;

(1)(B) meetings with potentially eligible populations;

(1)(C) development and dissemination of outreach materials informing people about the program; and

(1)(D) the establishment of phone information services; and

(2) shall be conducted in a manner intended—

(2)(A) to reach all affected populations; and

(2)(B) to include materials for culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
