§ 1102 - Administrator

CHAPTER 11— ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE AND AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS OF ADMINISTRATOR › SUBCHAPTER I— GENERAL

(a) The head of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy is the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy.

(b) The Administrator is appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
