§ 150701 - Organization

CHAPTER 1507— NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CITIZENSHIP

(a) National Conference on Citizenship (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
