§ 150512 - Liability for acts of officers and agents

CHAPTER 1505— NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF STATE SOCIETIES, WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

The corporation is liable for the acts of its officers and agents acting within the scope of their authority.
