§ 140301 - Organization

CHAPTER 1403— THE MILITARY CHAPLAINS ASSOCIATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

(a) The Military Chaplains Association of the United States of America (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.

Subsection (a) is substituted for the source provisions for consistency in the revised title and to eliminate executed and unnecessary words.
