§ 130501 - Organization

CHAPTER 1305— LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INCORPORATED

(a) Little League Baseball, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
