§ 110309 - Liability for acts of officers and agents

CHAPTER 1103— JEWISH WAR VETERANS, U.S.A., NATIONAL MEMORIAL, INCORPORATED

The corporation is liable for the acts of its officers and agents acting within the scope of their authority.
