§ 50105 - Governing body

CHAPTER 501— DAUGHTERS OF UNION VETERANS OF THE CIVIL WAR 1861–1865

(a) The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.

(b) The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
