§ 40111 - Liability for acts of officers and agents

CHAPTER 401— CATHOLIC WAR VETERANS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCORPORATED

The corporation is liable for the acts of its officers and agents acting within the scope of their authority.
