§ 30701 - Organization

CHAPTER 307— BOARD FOR FUNDAMENTAL EDUCATION

(a) Board for Fundamental Education (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
