§ 30301 - Organization

CHAPTER 303— BLINDED VETERANS ASSOCIATION

(a) Blinded Veterans Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
