§ 22701 - Organization
CHAPTER 227— AMVETS (AMERICAN VETERANS)
(a) AMVETS (American Veterans) (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
