§ 22301 - Organization

CHAPTER 223— AMERICAN SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA LEAGUE

(a) American Symphony Orchestra League (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
