§ 7201 - Definitions

CHAPTER 91— NATIONAL LANDSCAPE CONSERVATION SYSTEM

In this chapter:

(1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.

(2) The term “system” means the National Landscape Conservation System established by section 7202(a) of this title.
