§ 6707 - Authorization of appropriations

CHAPTER 86— SOUTHWEST FOREST HEALTH AND WILDFIRE PREVENTION

(a) There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.

(b) No funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
